Digital and personalized
Reports are personalized digital files. You must be 18 or older to buy one. Once your file is delivered and opens correctly, sales are final, except as listed below or where the law gives you more rights. Prices are in CAD. This page is linked from the order form before you pay.
How the file arrives
After payment, the PDF is available on the thank-you page and we email you a time-limited download link through Brevo. If the page and the email both fail, contact us and we will send a new link.
We will refund or regenerate
- No working file and no download link within 24 hours of payment
- The thank-you page and the emailed link both failed
- The file is corrupt, incomplete, or does not match the product described
- We entered your data wrong
- A duplicate charge
Usually not
- You disliked the tone or wanted a different future
- You submitted a time and later said it was unknown
- You downloaded a working file and changed your mind
How to ask
Email support@pythiccosmos.com with your order id and what happened. We aim to answer within a few business days.
Same rail as payment
Approved refunds are issued through Stripe within 15 days to the original payment method.
Chargebacks
Write to us first so we can regenerate or refund without a dispute when the failure was ours.
Where the law requires otherwise
Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Quebec Consumer Protection Act, British Columbia’s Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act, or similar laws, including cancellation rights if required pre-purchase information was missing. If a consumer-protection rule requires a different result, we will comply.
