Agreement, operator, contact
These terms describe how Pythic Cosmos, operated from Quebec, Canada, offers the public calculator, the free synastry reading, and digital maps. By using this site or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. Contact: support@pythiccosmos.com.
What you are buying
A generated PDF map for personal reflection — not a live reading, consultation, or promised outcome. The calculator and the free synastry reading on the homepage are free tools, not a purchase. You must be 18 or older to buy a report or use the free synastry reading. Asking for the free reading or the free PDF keeps a record that you confirmed you are 18 or older. What that record holds, and that it is kept for 24 months (730 days), is described in the Privacy policy.
How the flow works
When a report is offered: fields on /order, then payment in CAD via Stripe, then we generate the PDF. After payment, the PDF is available on the thank-you page and we email you a time-limited download link through Brevo. The 18-month Ahead Transit uses birth details to personalize the file, then discards them. The Year Ahead Transit, Moon Ritual Guide, and Retrograde Ritual Kit collect email only, not birth details.
License
Personal, non-commercial use of the file you buy. Do not resell or republish the report as a product.
Buyer responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of any birth data you supply. If you enter another person’s birth details, in an order or in the free synastry reading, you confirm that they have agreed to it. You must be 18 or older.
Price, CAD, taxes, Stripe
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Stripe processes cards for the Worker checkout. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
Delivery
The file is a PDF. After payment, it is available on the thank-you page, and we email you a download link through Brevo. The link lasts about 48 hours, or three successful downloads, whichever comes first. If the page and the email both fail, contact us and we will send a new link. You can also ask for a new link on the order page with your order id and the email used at checkout.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the calculator, the free synastry reading, or the Worker, and do not try to scrape unpublished engines.
Intellectual property
Site copy, layout, and report text remain ours; you keep a personal copy of the file you purchased.
Disclaimer pointer
Read the Disclaimer for the interpretive frame, the limits of the work, and crisis resources. Reports are not medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice.
Refund pointer
See the Refund page for when we regenerate or refund, and when we usually do not.
As-is; limitation of liability
The calculator, the free synastry reading, and the reports are offered as-is. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable consumer-protection law keeps for you. This page does not set a dollar cap on liability.
Privacy pointer
Birth data, the free synastry reading, and payment handling are described in Privacy.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page is the current version. Changes apply to purchases made after that date. Your past orders stay under the terms you agreed to.
Governing law
Pythic Cosmos is operated from Quebec, Canada. These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. If a consumer-protection law of the province or territory where you live requires that its own law apply, that law applies to you. Nothing here limits your right to bring a claim in the courts of your home province, or any right that law keeps for you.
